Mission

The Mission of Big Spring United Methodist Church is to be a people of Jesus Christ's Inner Spring who share that Living Water at home, at work, at church, and in the community.

The ways we hope to succeed in this mission include participation in spirit-filled worship services, indepth application of Bible Studies, deliberate outreach into the community, and practical integrations of spiritual principles for family life. Our congregation highly values the connectionalism we share with our sister congregations of the United Methodist Church in the Charlotte District, the Western North Carolina Conference, throughout the United States, and all over the world. It is with this denominational tie that the waters at Big Spring run even deeper and wider than can be imagined.
